I am trying to connect to my customer portal but I do not remember my password, how can I get logged in? Contact Customer support and we can retrieve your old one for you or assign you a new password.
I would like to view my invoices, how do I do that? You need to go to the Support menu, choose Customer Portal and you will be prompted for you username and password. If you do not remember one or the other then contact Support and we will be happy to help you get logged in.
I am trying to see the status of my project work, where do I go to see that? The Secure Customer Portal will provide information and status of your projects as well as invoices, service tickets and more.
I want to upgrade my PC to Windows 7 can my machine handle it? The best way to confirm what upgrade path to take is to go to the following link: Upgrade Advisor This will download a tool which after you run it will tell you all the details about what product you need and if your equipment can handle the upgrade. |
